Polish Duck

Breed description

Polish duck has been bred in Polish villages for ages. It occurs in many color variants, most commonly in wild, fawn-and-white, silver, and pied. In the past, it was one of the most numerous duck breeds kept in Poland, but over time it has been displaced by commercial breeds. Its meat has excellent flavor and a very low fat content.
